The fourth edition of the “Tratar o Cancro por Tu” initiative, promoted by the Institute of Pathology and Molecular Immunology of the University of Porto (Ipatimup), took place at the School of Technology and Management of the Polytechnic Institute of Bragança (IPB). The session was dedicated to the theme “Cancer and environmental risks: pollution, radiation, sun, passive smoking and occupational contaminants” and was attended by several experts such as the pathologist and director of Ipatimup, Manuel Sobrinho Simões, as well as José Carlos Machado, Nuno Teixeira Marcos and Bebiana Conde.
